Job Description: SAS and SQL specialist with significant statistical analysis
and reporting experience. As a Database Marketing Analyst,
you would support future marketing campaigns, serving as a key player in our marketing
development.
Responsibilities:
- Performing statistical analysis,
focusing on product management and marketing data
- Analyzing the results of past
marketing campaigns
- Serving as the SAS programming
expert, developing and maintaining SAS and SQL code
- Extracting and manipulating data
for use in statistical modeling
- Serving as a key resource for
understanding available data
- Performing ad hoc analysis in
support of the marketing team
- Presenting results and possible
areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- 2 years of SAS and SQL queries
proficiency and experience required
- Ability to work with statistics
to perform analysis and predictive behavioral modeling required
- MS Access, Excel and PowerPoint
skills a must
- Strong communication skills required
- Bachelors degree required in Mathematics
or Statistics preferred (Masters degree preferred)
- Project leadership skills preferred
- Relational database experience
a plus
- Experience interfacing with customers
preferred
- Ability to work with statistics
to statistical modeling preferred
- OLAP, Cognos PowerPlay and/or
KnowledgeSTUDIO proficiency preferred
